Leading into the 2020 global pandemic lockdown & after being in the field

with soft skills seminars, I had been noticing the parts of seminar-based learning that were working well.

I started to imagine fun & engaging versions of seminar training which could impact positive change to people beyond the workplace,

improving their personal and social connections overall.

Change Pays Beta seminar

Just before the lockdown, at the repeated request of an old friend looking for resources for her group, we launched a beta run of a seminar called “Change Pays, The Emotional Intelligence Experience” in a diversified group. They were a small group, representing corporate CEOs, senior ranking government representatives, educators, and clergy.

We used tasty wings, a healthy salad and ca$h prizes as incentives for successfully moving through the experience. Participants chimed in with their ideas of how value could be added to future #ChangePays experiences.

With participant feedback, “Change Pays, The EQ Game” is loaded and positioned to go onsite into live audiences to deliver much-needed, fun, and life-changing experiences. At the same time, we increase Emotional Intelligence levels in individuals for healthy relationships and stronger communities.
